Acceptance of Gift Card Terms and Conditions

INTUEAT.com Gift Cards are only redeemable on INTUEAT.COM. Use of ANY card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may change from time to time.

GIFT CARDS LIMITATIONS

You may not return or cancel your INTUEAT.com Gift Card after your order has shipped or been received. Purchasers who wish to cancel a Gift Card purchase order prior to it being dispatched to the recipient should contact Customer Support within 24 hours of the gift card purchase. Gift cards are activated instantly once the order has been processed; gift cards expire 5 years from the purchase date. You may not use a Gift Card to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, for value, or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards that have not been used yet may not be transferred.  INTUEAT reserves the right to require that Gift Cards expire in accordance with applicable law.

Gift Cards are subject to the intueat.com Privacy Policy.                                                             

RISK OF LOSS

Ownership and risk of loss of Gift Cards pass to the purchaser or recipient upon purchase and delivery or shipment confirmation of gift card. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your Gift Card, please contact Customer Support. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.

BUYING A GIFT CARD

Select a gift card amount and complete the online form. Include the recipient's name, email address, and your name for the recipient or send as anonymous and add an optional message.The virtual gift or physical card will be sent to the receiver once your order has been approved. You will, in turn, receive a dispatch confirmation email.                                                                  

HOW TO USE A GIFT CARD

Enter the code on your Gift Card during checkout, and the total of the card will be deducted from your order as payment.                                                  

NOTICE:

If the total order amount exceeds your gift card, you will need to pay the outstanding balance using a debit or credit card. If your Gift Card exceeds the total amount of your order, the remaining balance of your Gift Card cannot be redeemed at that time and may be used for future purchases.                                                              

FAILED DELIVERY OF ONLINE GIFT CARDS

Virtual Gift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address, but the Online Gift Card has not been found within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, please contact INTUEAT Customer Support at Support@intueat.com as soon as possible (please refer to your order number).  If a spam filter is blocking info@intueat.com emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that emails coming from "info@intueat.com" are not considered spam.                                                                       

FAILED DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS

Physical Gift Cards will be delivered USPS Flat Rate. If you have confirmed the recipient's shipping address, but the card Gift Card has not been delivered within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, please contact Customer Support at Support@intueat.com as soon as possible.                                                                                       

PERSONALIZED MESSAGING

If you wish to add a personal message to a Gift Card, simply type your message in the Message field during the purchase process. Personal messages are limited in length indicated on the message input box. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message.  We don't read every gift message, but if we do find inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel them.                                                    

PRINTED ON THE BACKOF GIFT CARDS:

Use of this gift card can be redeemed only at intueat.com. This card cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit. Please treat this card like cash; if this card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced.

Standard service fees will apply at the time of booking.  INTUEAT reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our INTUEAT gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your INTUEAT gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, and we recommend you read them carefully. You are responsible for checking these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes that may have been made. INTUEAT gift cards remain the property of INTUEAT, which maintains the right to cancel the card at its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control).                                                                  

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

INTUEAT INCORPORATED MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
